Description

The BCTP09B is an elegant touch panel system designed for hotel guestrooms, combining intuitive Do Not Disturb (DND) and Make Up Room (MUR) functionality with integrated corridor doorbell control. Installed both inside the room and in the corridor, it enhances guest experience, service efficiency, and privacy. The in-room unit features capacitive touch buttons with LED indicators for DND and MUR, along with a night mode function for low-light operation. The corridor panel includes a doorbell pushbutton, clear DND/MUR status indicators, and an optional room number display. When DND is activated, the doorbell is automatically disabled to ensure guest privacy. For user clarity, DND and MUR modes cannot be active simultaneously. Communication is handled via RS485 Modbus RTU, allowing seamless integration into hotel automation systems. Operating on 12–24 V DC, the system supports fully customizable icons and button labels to match hotel branding or language requirements. The BCTP09B touch controller is designed to operate in coordination with the BCTP10B unit, providing a synchronized and reliable guestroom control solution. Available finishes include black, gold, silver, and white.
