Description

The BCTP10B is a refined touch panel system developed for hotel guestrooms, offering streamlined control of Do Not Disturb (DND) and Make Up Room (MUR) functions, combined with integrated corridor doorbell operation. Designed for dual installation—inside the room and on the corridor wall—the system ensures enhanced guest privacy, comfort, and service efficiency. The in-room panel features touch-sensitive buttons with illuminated DND and MUR indicators, including a night mode for low-light visibility. The corridor panel displays DND/MUR status, includes a responsive doorbell button, and optionally shows the room number for quick staff reference. Activating DND disables the doorbell to preserve guest privacy, while a logic lock prevents DND and MUR from being selected simultaneously. The BCTP10B communicates via RS485 Modbus RTU and is powered by a 12–24 V DC supply. It offers fully customizable icons and button labels, allowing adaptation to specific hotel requirements. Designed to operate in seamless synchronization with the BCTP09B touch panel, the system provides a cohesive and professional solution for modern hospitality environments. Available finishes include black, gold, silver, and white.
